For the first time “IMAGINARY - through the eyes of mathematics” is presented in Norway. The exhibition is organized by the NTNU University Museum in collaboration with the Norwegian Academy of Science and Letters, the Abel Prize Commitee and other partners.
The exhibition features new backlight picture columns, a series of 3d prints and glass cubes of algebraic surfaces, interactive stations asSURFER, jReality or Cinderella. The new Cinderella applets from the Deutsches Museum, Munich, are shown outside Munich for the first time.
The opening took place on Friday 15th November, 01 PM at NTNU University Museum and the exhibition will be shown until March 30, 2014. It is planned that the exhibition will then travel through Norway and be presented in other science museums.
