On Saturday, June 13, 2026, the 17th Mathematics Day will take place at RPTU Kaiserslautern. Visitors can look forward to lectures, workshops, and exhibitions.
The day offers school students the opportunity to get to know the university and discover the advantages of studying mathematics at RPTU.
The workshop “IMAGINARY. Through the Eyes of Mathematics” by Dr. Christian Eder uses materials from the IMAGINARY “Entdeckerbox” (exploration box). Mathematical games invite participants to explore and experiment. The “Entdeckerbox” contains a collection of ideas, programs, films, and images that offer many building blocks to combine and explore individually or in groups.
The workshop is recommended for students in grade 5 and above.
